LOZAMET gas and electric ovens, in medium and large-sized professional kichens, are working very efficiently and economically consume electric or gas energy. They are modern, easy to operate and maintain hygiene standarts.
Our designers provided them as the lower modules of kitchen ranges, usually forming the uniform kitchen blocks(900 or 700 lines). It means, that depending on your needs, you can set ovens in select various device configurations.
The whole ovens construction(heat chambers and housings) are made of high quality stainless-steel, which greatly helps to maintain cleanness. The lower heating plates are made of a special pressed metal sheet, coated with ceramic enamel.
All LOZAMET ovens have three-level guides for 2/1 GN module grates or trays and 1/1 GN module in the ovens with thermo-circulation system (fan assisted).
